This is an overview of our policy.
Overview
We do not accept refunds for video content. Refunds for services can be requested up to 24 hours before the time of service. Refunds can be handled on a case by case basis and you are welcome to reach out to us.

Refunds will always be provided where applicable law applies.
To complete your refund, we ask you to call us or fill out the form here.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please call us at 720-970-3911. We will provide the authorization number for the bank to initiate a trace.
Exchanges
In some cases where refunds are not allowed we may allow an exchange. For example, if a refund for a video is denied we may instead offer you access to a different video.
Gifts
If you are purchasing videos for another person, the receiver must request a refund.
